Home care services

Katie from the Hayling Island office is an excellent carer who has gained my mother’s favour and trust. That is good as my mother does not like strangers or changes. Katie does a good job and leaves a detailed report in the appropriate file every Thursday when she helps Mum.

Helping Hands have taken away the worry of leaving my terminally ill husband at home when I have to go to Royal Free Hospital for treatments every 4 weeks. They have matched the care provided to my husband’s changing needs.

I have had Helping Hands coming into my home for 4 years now, the ladies I see are lovely. They always find time for a chat which is nice. Nothing is too much trouble for them no matter how big or small the task is. Being unable to speak makes life difficult but I write things down and they are learning to lip read, the ones I see are doing very well. I have nothing but praise for the ladies they do an excellent job. They are always smart and well mannered. I am extremely lucky to have such lovely people looking after me.

Some of his carers are excellent and I know they go above and beyond what is expected of them at times when my father has been ill or gone missing and they have brought him home. They do try and provide the same team of carers so my father can recognise them
